Shipping Policy

1. Processing time

Orders for items marked “in stock” are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. orders paid before 14:00 on Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. orders after 14:00, on weekends, or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. pre-order and back-order items have separate lead times shown on the product page. we’ll email you if there are any delays.


2. Shipping methods & areas

We ship nationwide in South Africa via trusted third-party couriers. Delivery is to door to door and smart locker. we do not deliver to p.o. boxes. Remote and rural areas may have longer delivery times and higher courier fees.


3. Shipping costs & delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Estimated delivery times:

Major metros: 1-3 business days

Smaller towns: 3-5 business days

Rural areas: 5-7 business days

These are estimates only. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or events outside our control are not covered by afmart.


4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to track your parcel in real time.


5. Delivery responsibility

Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact number. Afmart is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect details.

Someone must be available to receive and sign for the parcel. If delivery fails due to no one being available, storage and re-delivery fees may apply.

Inspect your parcel on delivery. for visible damage or missing items, note it on the courier pod and contact us within 24 hours at info@afmart.co.za.


6. international shipping

Afmart currently only ships within South Africa. International shipping is not available.


7. Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the courier.

If a parcel is declared lost by the courier after 10 business days, we’ll resend the order or issue a full refund.


8. Address changes

Once an order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. Double-check your address before checkout.
