Products and orders
Products marked “in stock” are held in our warehouse. if an item becomes out of stock after you order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative. we may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We make every effort to display product images, colours, descriptions, and part numbers accurately. however, images are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the exact item due to differences in lighting, screen settings, packaging, or supplier updates. actual products may vary slightly in appearance, colour, or markings. You agree that images on afmart.co.za are not a guarantee of exact appearance. for critical parts, check the part number, model number, and specifications listed. if unsure, send us a photo of your old part on WhatsApp before ordering and we’ll confirm compatibility. Afmart is not liable for errors caused by reliance on product images alone.
Delivery
delivery is nationwide via third-party couriers. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2-3 working days. Fees and timeframes are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you once the courier collects the parcel. Inspect on delivery and report damage within 24 hours.
Returns and warranties
Unwanted or unused parts may be returned within 3 working days from invoice date for credit or exchange, subject to inspection. Returns after 5 days may be exchanged, subject to inspection. Returns may attract up to a 30% handling fee. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Delivery and collection charges remain for the customer’s account. Afmart reserves the right to inspect any returned goods before accepting them. Any return paid electronically, irrespective of days after purchase, may attract a transaction fee.
Non-electrical products: returns accepted within 7 days if unused, in original packaging, and resalable.
Electrical products: electrical components including compressors, pc boards, control boards, capacitors, relays and contactors do not carry a warranty unless stated on the product page.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless it is a verified warranty claim. Warranty claims for electrical items must be accompanied by a diagnostic report from a qualified technician or accredited service centre, confirming a manufacturing defect. Where necessary, Afmart may send the part to the manufacturer or authorised testing facility for confirmation. Testing and courier costs may be charged to the customer if no defect is found.
Installation must be done by a qualified technician. incorrect installation voids any applicable warranty and releases afmart from liability.
Liability
Afmart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product. use of the service is at your own risk.
Prohibited uses
Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, to infringe rights, to harass, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the service. We will terminate access for violations.
